The Stanford Black Leadership Conference (BLC), hosted by the Black Business Student Association at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, showcases Black leadership across various industries, roles, and geographies. We aim to inspire and support attendees in shaping what it means to be a leader across various spheres of influence.

This year’s theme, Blackness Unbound: Breaking Barriers, Shaping the Future, reflects the power of moving beyond narrow expectations and redefining what leadership can look like. It is a call to challenge the traditional boxes Black people are often placed in, to celebrate excellence in spaces where we have historically been underrepresented, and to explore how we continue building resilient leadership for the future.

Through a dynamic lineup of keynote speakers, panels, and breakout conversations, the conference will highlight stories of resilience, innovation, and impact across industries. We aim to create space for bold dialogue, shared learning, and community-building as attendees consider how to break barriers and shape what comes next.

All are welcome. We especially encourage those outside the Black community to join these conversations, engage with curiosity, and learn alongside us. Whether you are a student, a rising professional, or an established leader, join us for a day of conversation and connection as we shape the next wave together.
